Today my friend Katy and I got together for an afternoon of baking adventure. We made pumpkin cheesecake (it wasn't cool enough to serve up and photograph) and orange chocolate biscotti. It was great hanging with a Cottey friend and doing what we love - baking yummy desserts. And the biscotti turned out pretty darn well for the first time ever making it! Let me know what you think of the images!
My favorite of the biscotti is without a doubt the first one...looking all freshly-cut and with some flour for that cozy soft "baking" feeling...oh man!
ReplyDeleteI have no idea how to make biscotti so way to go! I like the last one the best...I like being able to see the grid lines of the cooling rack below. I think it adds a nice detail. The chocolate on the piece that is in focus (on the left) looks a little goopy but I still wanna eat it. :) Keep on baking! And photographing!
