Mallory and Chad's wedding on September 2nd was my 6th and final wedding of the summer. Mallory went to Cottey College and Italy with me a few years back. For this wedding I flew down to Denver and spent the week with the wonderful D'Hooge family and had an awesome time. Congratulations to Mallory and Chad, love you guys!
Today my friend Katy and I got together for an afternoon of baking adventure. We made pumpkin cheesecake (it wasn't cool enough to serve up and photograph) and orange chocolate biscotti. It was great hanging with a Cottey friend and doing what we love - baking yummy desserts. And the biscotti turned out pretty darn well for the first time ever making it!
